2. Preliminary evaluation of the petitioner. Contracting the certification, based on the submitted forms.

3. Audit referring to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification. The audit has the following phases:

• audit Phase I (documents and offices evaluations);
• audit Phase II (at the petitioner's office regarding the degree of implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System);
• follow-up audit, in case of finding a non-conformity.

4. The decision of the assigned Responsible regarding the certification of the petitioner's Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

5. Handing out the certificate, including the QUALITAS mark for the certification of the Environment Management System of the petitioner, including the Terms of Use of the Certificate and Mark RUC 01.5.

• QUALITAS makes public the list of organizations which obtained the OHSMS certification.

6. Surveillance schedule (three surveillance audits in the three years of validity of the certification, after 6, 18 and 30 months).
